If any of the proprty owners repeadetly recieve complaints we take immediate action by disabling the account in question. We strive on making the booking process as seamless as possible as your relaxation starts when you decide to book through our website.
For all new property owners along with listings are gone through a rigourus admission process to ensure our users (you) are in good hands.
By following a just few simple suggestions and using judgment and caution, you will minimize your exposure to risk;
Once you have found the perfect property for you getaway always ask the owner for a contract with explicit terms & conditions including payment details before making sending money. Be sure it specifies the dates you will be staying in the cottage, the cost of the rental, deposits, taxes, cleaning fees, cancellation and refund policies.

First, please check if the response from the owner is in your spam emails.
If you have not received a response within 48 hours, we advise you to use our Request for Assistance service so that we can communicate with the owner or manager for you.
How it works?
From the copy of the email that we sent to your email when you made your inquiry, click on the button “REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE”. If you have not received it, please check in your SPAM. At the bottom of the web page, click on the button “REQUEST ASSISTANCE”.
We will contact the property owner for you and find out what happened!
We charge a 5% transaction to cover fees which our payment processor takes.
